Warranty and after-sales service of the devices is one of the biggest influencing factors in the choice of the machine manufacturing company by the owners of manufacturing plants. In most production lines, devices and machines are the main pillar of production. With the slightest problem in them, the production line will be completely out of order.
At Amard Mashine Iranian Company, we have anticipated these issues before the production of devices and in the design phase and have implemented efficient solutions for them.

Warranty conditions:
All machine parts have a six-month unconditional replacement warranty
After the six-month warranty period, ten years of after-sales service is provided to the buyer. The quality of this service period is the same as the warranty period and only the cost of providing parts and services is received from the customer
The warranty and after-sales service at Amard Mashine  Iranian Company actually starts from the time of designing the machines
Machine design stage:
In this stage of the work, all the different parts and parts of the machines are selected in such a way that they have the necessary efficiency and productivity in addition to coordinating with each other as much as possible. Another factor in choosing parts is ensuring their availability during the warranty period and after-sales service.

Production stage until delivery of the devices
After designing, all machine parts are produced in various departments such as turning, plating, milling, welding, argon work, bending and cutting, assembly work, electrical unit and programming, etc. And the painting is transferred
After finishing the painting, the final assembly of the parts is done and it is referred to the quality control unit for final testing. Note that colleagues in the quality control unit supervise all production steps

After delivering the device to the customer:
  After the delivery of the machines and transfer to the factory, the customer will contact the after-sales service unit of Amard Mashine Iranian and installation experts will be sent to the site
They will install and operate the machines and provide the necessary training to the production manager and the officials of the maintenance unit of the customer's factory. The training includes the following
Training on how to use the device, training on maintenance, training on how to fix possible errors, etc
